Ostrich Pictures

Here are a few pictures of some of my chicks and breeder birds.  I had them setup as trios, one male with two hens.  The pens were 75x175 feet.  They had a building to go into.  In the winter I put them inside every night.  Food was in the building.  Water was outside in the summer and inside during the winter.  I fed them commercial pellets (Purina Ostrich Chow), chopped alfalfa, corn, and granite chips for grit.
